Sleep Spinal Alignment

Sleeping posture is very important. Everything from low back pain, neck pain to sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is very dangerous. It can lead to heart problems, poor rest, difficulty concentrating, and even auto accidents, by slowing down your response time behind the wheel.
The Pillow you use is crucial, although it may not resolve the entire problem it will help. There are pillows I like very much but they are not for everyone. You need to have a spinal mechanical evaluation/consultation to see what is best for you.
